Kita Noor – my passion project

I always wanted a daycare center where I could leave my own son with peace of mind, a place full of warmth, understanding, and genuine security. Since I couldn't find such a place for him, over the years I developed a desire to create one myself. I am the mother of a severely disabled son and a wonderful daughter. My children have shown me how unique every child is and how important it is that children are seen, with all their needs, feelings, and their own pace.

At Kita Noor, I will consciously work in the background so that the team can concentrate fully on the children.

My wish is to create a world for our children where they can simply be themselves, a world full of light, trust, and joy. The greatest gift for me is the moment when children's eyes light up, when laughter fills the room, and you can feel that a child feels safe and accepted.

Kita Noor means “light.” We want to pass on this light every day.

Educational leadership with heart and many years of experience

Working with children is much more than just a job for me; for many years, it has felt like a second home.

For over 15 years, I have been accompanying children in their early years and have been able to support, comfort, and encourage them in their development and grow with them. After completing my training as a childcare specialist, I went on to complete further training as a vocational trainer, leadership training, and qualification as an expert for practical final exams. In my work, it is important to me to create a place where children feel safe, secure, and seen—a place where they can discover and learn at their own pace. At the same time, a dedicated team is very important to me, because only those who feel supported and taken seriously can pass on this sense of security to children.

Open and trusting cooperation with you as parents is particularly important to me. Through daily communication, we can work together to find the best path for your child and lovingly accompany them on their individual journey. My wish is for Kita Noor to become a second home for children, parents, and employees—a place full of warmth, trust, and appreciation.
